Cancellations.com.au first launched into the last-minute accommodation space in June 2007. Since then we have successfully created a niche in a market place that is awash with last-minute websites, being the only accommodation website in Australia to offer accommodation providers live on-line 'last minute classified' advertising.

Accommodation Providers have several options when advertising on cancellations.com.au, including a free listing in our last minute classifieds section, a paid listing in our boutique accommodation section, a photo on our highly sought after front page, a small banner on one or more of our premium or 3,000+ location specific pages, or a listing in our products & services section. Each of these options available to you are described below.

If you offer a product or service for the accommodation industry, then you will need to view our products & services directory option below.

If you are not necessarily connected to the accommodation industry, but would like to advertise on our site because of our high number of visitors every week, then you will want to look at our small banner option below.

And lastly, we have a reciprocal link exchange program. If you would like to link to our website from your website, we'll also do the same from our link exchange page. Create a link from your website to ours, then tell us about it, and if we feel your site is of a high standard with relevance to our audience, we'll create a reciprocal link back to yours.

option #1 - last minute classifieds listing ($free)

If you’re a small accommodation provider, with between 1 to 5 properties/rooms, you may apply to use our last minute 'classified' service free of charge. In this self-managed area of our site, there is no commission payable to cancellations.com.au when anyone books your property/room because the seeker will be booking with you direct. Your last minute listings (with special offer) are limited to a maximum of 30 days - after this you must edit your listing to reflect a new date range (if you do not your listing will be automatically disabled).

You'll also receive, for free, a single page on our website dedicated to all your listings (one SEO-ready page per listing) that will be indexed by the search engines, often resulting in your property appearing within the top 10 search results in Google, Bing or Yahoo (the top 3 search engines on the internet today). This is a $1,000 service, made possible by our in-house SEO expert, for free.

option #2 - boutique accommodation listing ($)

This option delivers real cost effective advertising. There is no commission payable to cancellations.com.au ... just list in our boutique accommodation section for a low annual fee, and the customer will book with you direct. Via a simple web page that we give you access to, you can list one or more properties/rooms, and control when your listings are displayed or not (so you can turn them on and off as the season or event dictates, instead of deleting them and having to retype the info all over again next season/event). Edit your listings as often as you want. The more properties/rooms you list, the cheaper it gets.

option #3 - front page photo ($)

Gain the best possible advertising position on our website with a front page photo ad. Tens of thousands of visitors every month will view your photo ad. You will enjoy the highest click-through rate possible on our site with a front page photo ad.

You pay a low once off cost per term (1, 3, 6, 9 or 12 months) and that's it - we do not charge on a Pay Per Click (PPC) or Pay Per Impression (PPI) basis. The longer the term the cheaper it is per month.

option #4 - small stamp ($)

	This is an example stamp. All stamps (or 'small banner' if you prefer) on our site need to be 220x55 and supplied to us as a GIF or JPG. Rounded corners are preferred but optional.

Take the winning edge over your competition and show your product, service or property 'stamp' on one or more of our premium site pages, property fact sheet pages, or in one or more state, region or town web pages of your choice (there are over 2,400 to choose from). Your stamp takes the seeker through to your website, where they can further view your product, service or offer, and deal with you direct.

Advertising examples
▪ You may have a quaint Bed & Breakfast cottage in Leura NSW and wish to place your stamp on the NSW state page, or the Blue Mountains region page, or the Leura town page (or a combination of 2 or all 3 for greater exposure).
